1. I know today will be so tough, with the table laid a bare,
2. I know the pain that fills you so, for I have always been there.

4. When your heart is rent asunder,
5. and your cries wail like loud distant thunder,
6. just remember I am there.

8. Your pain is sharp, and still freshly plowed, from the depths of your very soul,
9.  
10. Now is the time, the time to remember, just think of me; just call my name, and I will again be by your side.
11.  
12. I’m thinking of you, just like you think of me, even though, me you can’t see, I’m still sitting by your side.
13.  
14. I’ll always be there.
